An assessment brings together the person’s history, current abilities and the concerns that prompted the appointment. Nadine uses clinical observation and appropriate assessment tools to understand oral and written language needs.

The findings inform a tailored treatment plan. Existing medical, hearing and educational reports can also help build a fuller picture, with coordination across the care team when needed.
